A Welcome from Principal Robinson

Principal Evan Robinson

Welcome to Corbin Middle School!

It is an honor to serve as the principal of Corbin Middle School and to welcome you to another exciting school year. Whether you are a returning family or joining us for the first time, I am grateful you have entrusted us with your child's education.

Throughout my career, Corbin has always been a place I admired. Long before I had the opportunity to serve here, I respected this district for its tradition of excellence, its commitment to students, and the pride this community has in its schools. Being part of Corbin Middle School is a privilege, and I am grateful each day to work alongside an exceptional staff and a community that believes so deeply in providing the very best for its children.

Over the past 15 years in education, I have had the privilege of serving students, teachers, and families in a variety of roles. Those experiences have reinforced one simple truth: schools are at their very best when strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to student success come together. Every decision we make at Corbin Middle School is centered on creating opportunities for students to learn, grow, and discover their potential.

Outside of school, I am blessed to be the father of three children. Being a parent reminds me every day that behind every student is a family placing their trust in us. I understand the hopes you have for your child because I have those same hopes for my own. That perspective shapes the way I lead our school and the importance I place on providing a safe, supportive, and challenging learning environment for every student.

At Corbin Middle School, we believe excellence is built through consistent effort, perseverance, and a willingness to grow. We often say that we "Work in the Dark" because the most meaningful growth happens long before anyone sees the results. Our students are challenged to embrace that mindset each day as they develop academically, socially, and personally.

Thank you for partnering with us. Together, we will continue building on the proud tradition of Corbin Middle School while preparing every student for success in high school and beyond.

It is always a great day to be a Redhound!

Sincerely,

Evan Robinson
