Volunteer Information

All volunteers who work with students in the Corbin Independent School System
are required to go through a criminal background check. This is a simple process
of obtaining a bit of background info from you. The checks are cleared in
approximately one week. All schools keep a current database of approved volunteers. Once you have completed the background check, they will remain on file at the Central Office for up to five years. Background checks can be done over the phone at the contact number below, or by signing up at your child's school.
